Beatfest @ Stratford Circus

A small selection of GUYO members perform a foyer gig as part of Beatfest 2010 when Stratford Circus heats up the summer festival scene with three hot nights of music.
Members of the GUYO will perform a blend of Indian ragas, Turkish melodies, Latin rhythms and African drumming, with a pinch of jazz and European harmony on instruments including Turkish Sax, Djembe, Saxophone, Violin and Sarangi.
They will perform twice in the evening once at 7.00pm and again at 8.20pm.
The evenings entertainment is completely free. Stratford Circus will also have a very special 7 course menu on offer in its restaurant

From16th - 20th August Grand Union and Emergency Exit Arts will be based at Fairkytes Arts Centre in Romford to deliver a week of Carnival Workshops in the lead up to Romfest World Carnival at the end of September.
