Featuring instruments such as the Turkish saz, Indian tabla and sarangi and Chinese harp (gu zheng) as well brass, wind and strings and a sizzling rhythm section, and exploring Turkish dances, Indian classical rags and Chinese folk music alongside samba, salsa, reggae, soca, calypso and West African drumming, this informal performance will showcase the music leaned and rehearsed during February half term workshops.
