Grand Union Winter performance
Grand Union Winter performance
5 December 2010 at 6:30pm
The Brady Centre Theatre, 192-196 Handbury Street, London E1 5HU
East London’s cross-cultural youth orchestra showcases a mixture of brand new pieces created by the young musicians, and old favourites from the Grand Union repertoire. With instruments ranging from saxophone to Turkish saz, from bass guitar to Spanish bagpipes, from steel pans to Indian sarangi, this ensemble brings a truly unique sound to the Brady Arts Centre.
Don’t miss your chance to see the GUYO in action, and find out more about the Grand Union Orchestra. Join us for a celebratory reception after the performance, looking on a successful year of work. Meet the musicians and enjoy a festive glass of mulled wine.
