FEBRUARY HALF TERM TASTER WORKSHOPS FOR NEW MEMBERS!

Any musicians aged 13-25 of around Grade 4 standard are welcome to this Taster Workshop to be held during the February half term. The workshop will be led by South African percussionist Claude Deppa, Australian saxophonist Louise Elliott and Bangladeshi tabla player Yousuf Ali Khan. You need only to bring your instrument and an optional snack (we do provide biscuits, fruit, crisps and squash during the break but you may prefer to bring your own food). GUYO workshops help members improve their playing by ear and improvisational skills, and these techniques will form the basis of the workshop.
