FEBRUARY HALF TERM TASTER WORKSHOPS FOR NEW MEMBERS!

17 February 2012 at 10:00am
Rich Mix, 35-47 Bethnal Green Road, London, E1 6LA E1 6LA

Any musicians aged 13-25 of around Grade 4 standard are welcome to this Taster Workshop to be held during the February half term. The workshop will be led by South African percussionist Claude Deppa, Australian saxophonist Louise Elliott and Bangladeshi tabla player Yousuf Ali Khan. You need only to bring your instrument and an optional snack (we do provide biscuits, fruit, crisps and squash during the break but you may prefer to bring your own food). GUYO workshops help members improve their playing by ear and improvisational skills, and these techniques will form the basis of the workshop. If you would like to come to this Taster, please fill in an online registration form by following the link below.

If you have any questions please email Isabel@grandunion.org.uk or call the office on 0207 375 1122 for an informal chat.

We look forward to meeting you!
